Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time
Every item is printed and made specifically for your order — nothing is pre-made or held in stock. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from shipping transit time below. A Standard order typically arrives 5–12 business days after you place it.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at sagaydak.work@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with our shipping carrier.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a package once it's in production, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
